At this time we only offer local delivery and pick up from our location in Barrie, ON.

Return Policy

All our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Therefore, our products may NOT be returned or exchanged. Please also note, that once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. To ensure accurate information, customers are advised to review all details on the final checkout before placing their order.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to our made to order, handcrafted rose arrangements, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process or, en-route or delivered.

Delivery Policy

We ask that the address you specify for delivery is attended by someone at either a residential or business location.

The normal processing time for orders is between 24 to 48 hours.

Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order a week or two in advance of the following holidays:

  • Valentine's Day

  • Easter

  • Administrative Professionals Week

  • Mother's Day

  • Father's Day

  • Good Friday

  • Labour Day

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the gift at front door and the customer assumes all liability. Forever Blume cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $20 address correction fee. Forever Blume is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Billing info: We do not include any billing information with your order.
